Coaching Supervision For Coaches Who Feel They Don't Fit A Mould

Some of us know what it’s like to feel on the outside. Maybe you’re neurodivergent, a woman in a male-dominated field, from a different culture, or in any way someone who’s been told—directly or indirectly—that you don’t quite belong.

If you recognise that feeling, you’re not alone.

Square Peg is a coaching supervision group designed for coaches like us: the ones who have been viewed as “other”.

We believe diversity and difference brings a richness and expansion to our experiences. It’s not only what we value it is welcomed.

  • Who Is Square Peg Right For?

Square Peg is a coaching supervision group for coaches who find themselves ‘untypical’ in one way or another. This might mean you’re neurodivergent, from a minority background, or simply someone who feels like you don’t fit the usual norms society applies to us humans.

Regardless of accreditation, level or experience or who you have trained with, you are welcome in this space.

We know that difference is a strength, and that the need to belong is universal.

  • How Will We Work?

You'll be part of an intimate group size of 4-6 individuals. The structure will be x8 2.5-hour long supervision sessions (running every 2 months). Dates and times will be agreed once we have formed our group.

The space will be one of reflection, support, perspective and growth—where we are invited to unmask, share openly, and to be ourselves, without fear of judgement. We’ll connect with others who understand what it means to be “othered”, and we’ll have time to explore your coaching practice, your dilemmas and challenges, and our strengths—and we will do this collectively.

  • Why Does Supervision Matter?

We believe that belonging isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s essential. When we’re seen and heard, we can show up fully—not only for our ‘thinkers’, but for ourselves.

Square Peg gives you a community where difference isn’t just tolerated, it’s celebrated. Here, you don’t have to hide the parts of you that don’t fit the mainstream. You can drop the mask and breathe and participate without worry.
